Our Journey working alongside Credu.
Credu works to provide support, help and facilitate, paid and unpaid Carers,
They cover a considerable area of Wales providing Young and Adult Carers support in Powys, support for Adult Carers in Ceredigion and Young Carers in North Wales ( Wrexham, Conwy and Denbighshire)
Credu also work to raise awareness, recognition and support for young and adult carers within communities and public services such as schools, health, social services and housing as well as other charities and among employers.
Due to the restrictions surrounding the pandemic the importance of being able to easily share and access information on line came to a head for many individuals organisations and businesses.
We have worked closely with an engagement and awareness team at Credu to provide them with some on and off line materials including their new website www.carers.cymru, training in social media platforms and design work for brochures and of course the fabulous Carers Chat Magazine.
We attended the first "off line event that Credu were able to hold this year and captured photographs of the carers and credu staff enjoying being able to spend time together at their Big Weekend.
Credu is a fantastic organisation and we have felt privileged to be able to assist them in the very important work that they do.
